Overview
In the atmosphere, there is no static electric which keeps generating locally for long time. However, sometimes such places often appear near the ground surface based on the condition of the ground surface , potential gradients cross in a certain area and amount of negative on tends to increase, also, there are place with increase of cation(1) Potentials at the slope crossing is inferior for the crops growth.
(2) The area whose cation in the atmosphere always increases; and the crops are damaged by the pests.
(3) The area which atmospheric ion ratio adjustment facility is able to assist the growth of the plants.
In order to measure potential difference and ion ratio (negative and cation concentration comparison), it needs a special circuit, micropotential measuring device and also skilled technique. However, atmospheric potential overview can be checked by observing ground condition just like judging ground potential. Influence by the atmospheric potential

How to adjust atmospheric potential
Install cation absorber and the cation amount within a certain area will decrease.Cation Absorber, 90cm x 180cm in size can decease the cation concentration within the radius of 50m.
You can install more of Cation Absorber for the larger area.
Soil redox voltage
There is a potential difference between upper layer and lower layer of the soil, The soil layer which indicates negative potential is the reduction voltage, and the soil layer with positive potential is the oxidation voltage.Oxidation voltage has a nature to deprive electron from outside and if there is a plant root there, it lowers the root potential, and extremely disadvantages the nutrition absorption and nutrition increase for the plants.
On the other hand, redox voltage gives electron outside, which is an advantage for vegetation.
Ground potential
Over a wide area, there are areas with plenty of electric charges and less electric charges due to the geophysical reasons. And also, some areas have electric charge which constantly changes its property and shows fluctuating potential.In such area where indicates anion, in another word, the soil with high potential generally has advantages on vegetation. Also, ground which indicates cation, in another word, soil at low potential ground has disadvantage on vegetation.
Also, soil on the ground whose potential fluctuates irregularly is found to be extremely inferior for the growth of the plants.
It has been found that soil in areas where the electric potential fluctuates irregularly exhibits extremely poor growth.
